The theme from "Suspiria" was a big influence for me. When we were recording "Enough is Never Enough", I pushed to replace the album version of "Assault on Precinct 13" with a cover of "Suspiria". The John Peel version of "Assault" was pretty definitive and I thought we didn't have to revisit it. The trouble was, we couldn't get a vhs version of "Suspiria" to actually learn the song. But a lot of the dynamics found their way into the recording of the song "Enough is Never Enough".
